Shreyanka Patil’s Domestic Cricket Career

Patil began her domestic cricket career with the Karnataka team in 2019, debuting in October of that year in a match against the Pondicherry Women’s team. She scored her first List A half-century in January 2023 during a game against Arunachal Pradesh.

Shreyanka Patil’s International Cricket Career

In June 2023, Patil was selected for the first time in the India A team for the 2023 ACC Women’s T20 Emerging Asia Cup. She performed well and became the tournament’s top wicket-taker with nine wickets.

Later, she was chosen again for India’s T20I Women’s squad for the T20I series against England in December 2023. She made her Twenty20 International debut on December 6, 2023, taking two wickets and giving away 44 runs in her 4-over spell.

That same month, Patil was also selected for India’s WODI team for a One Day series against Australia and made her WODI debut on December 30, 2023.

Shreyanka Patil’s WPL Career

In February 2023, she was picked by Royal Challengers Bangalore at a base price of ₹10 lakhs to play in the first-ever WPL 2023. In her seven matches, she took six wickets with an average of 32.00. The Royal Challengers Bangalore again selected her for the 2024 season.

Their 2024 WPL season was excellent, and she played an essential role in helping her team win the WPL title. She also earned the Purple Cap award for being the top bowler and having outstanding performances. She has also played for Guyana Amazon Warriors in the Women’s Caribbean Premier League.
