IPL 2024 Player Replacements: Sharath Joins Titans, Kotian Bolsters Royals
With the IPL season just around the corner, two teams have announced replacements for injured players.
The Gujarat Titans (GT) have brought in wicketkeeper-batsman B R Sharath as a replacement for Robin Minz, who is ruled out due to injury. Sharath, who represents Karnataka in domestic cricket, is an experienced player with 28 T20 appearances under his belt. He joins the Titans for his base price of INR 20 lakh.

Meanwhile, the Rajasthan Royals (RR) have added all-rounder Tanush Kotian to their squad in place of Adam Zampa. Kotian, a recent standout performer in Mumbai’s Ranji Trophy victory, brings both batting and bowling skills to the Royals. He joins the team for his base price of INR 20 lakh as well.
